Well, It was the wrong color so I received the information from the Glam and Free team on how and were to return for a different color. I followed all of the instructions sending it USPS-they received the product back, however I never received my exchange for bleach blonde ponytail-Sooo, this company is a scam! Don’t waste your money-if you order and it’s the wrong color, don’t expect to get your exchange....,.... I got ripped off for over $ 35.00!

This pony tail has been a life saver this summer! With this humidity, I no longer have to blow dry my hair. I just put this ponytail on, make a braid, and forget about my hair for the rest of the day! It holds great in a swimming pool and jet skiing. Absolutely love it!

I love my hair extension but I ordered bangs with my order that I never received. Their customer service SUCKS! They haven’t helped me at all besides sending me an email that the bangs were sent in a separate shipment that I never received and they haven’t given me my refund either. Now I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. Beware! They will take your money and never give you what you ordered.

This gives me a headache everytime I wear it . I believe it's the weight of it I can't think it being anything else. When I take it off headache goes away .to bad I like this but not worth the pain .
