DAMAGED/MISPRINTED ITEMS

If the product arrives defective, we will arrange a reproduction and ship it out for free. Please send us an email(info@glamandfree.co) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem.

Please note that for incorrect addresses resulting on a delivery to a wrong address, Glam&Free is not responsible for replacing these items.

ORDER INFORMATION CHANGE

If you would like to change your order information within 24 hours of purchase, it will be free; additional 25% charges will occur if you change order information(such as size, image, design, pattern) after 24 hours. Since each of our products is custom made, please double check your order info before order.

The shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out.

Due to the current pandemic situation, we currently don't accept any returns for sanitary reasons.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/REFUND

If you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund no questions asked. For cancellations please send us an email(info@glamandfree.co) with your order number and we’ll process your request.

Since every one of our products is made to order just for you, a 25% customization fee per item is included in your purchase. The customization fee applies after 24 hours has passed and is non refundable.

Every order comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If the product arrives defective or you not happy with your purchase, please send us an email ( info@glamandfree.co) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem and we'll process your request. Once our team approves your return, please re-package the products and please send us an email and we will give you the rest of the details.

Please re-package the products and ship them back to us within 7 days. If it's been 30 days since you purchased, unfortunately refunds are no longer applicable.

Glam&Free cannot be held responsible for returned items getting lost during transit. We advise customers who return their purchase to pay for insurance and tracking to guarantee it reaches our destination safely. 

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Please kindly allow us to take 3 business days to process your refund. Your bank statement will reflect a change within 10-15 business days. Any refund will be returned to your credit card in the original path.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Failure to contact us before a return will result to your return request being denied and you will have to retrieve your package on your own expense
